White Paper Compares Spectrum in United States with Other Countries (2/27/13)
The FCC released a white paper that examines and compares both licensed and unlicensed spectrum available for mobile broadband services in the United States and certain other countries.
The paper discusses the availability of licensed mobile broadband spectrum and examines opportunities for using unlicensed spectrum. White spaces spectrum is specifically identified in the report.
