OTTO Extends Accessories Warranty to 2 Years (2/4/10)
OTTO announced that its standard warranty on all OTTO-branded two-way radio accessories was extended from 15 months to two years.
If product is within warranty period — two years from the date code stamped on the product — users can call OTTO to request a warranty replacement. The replacement will ship immediately if stock is available. Return instructions will then be provided for the defective product.
