First P25 CAP Supplier Documents Available (2/2/10)
The first three Suppliers’ declarations of compliance (SDoCs) for the Project 25 (P25) Compliance Assessment Program (CAP) are available online. The documents are for the 800 MHz, UHF high and UHF low Harris P5400 radios. Dereck Orr, Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) program manager, said more SDoCs are expected soon. PSCR oversees the P25 CAP program. Some of the first CAP interoperability tests were conducted last summer.
