Taser International received notice from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) that the USPTO rejected all 20 claims of U.S. Patent 8,781,292, which was assigned to Digital Ally. The USPTO office action is in response to an ex parte re-examination request filed by Taser. Digital Ally has until Oct. 17 to file a response with the USPTO.
